Review: January Glam Bag

As many of you know, I subscribe to Ipsy. Each month, I receive an Ipsy Glam Bag full of beauty samples. People often ask if it is worth the $10 per month subscription price. Getting a cosmetic bag of beauty products is priceless to me, but some folks might need a little more convincing. I’ve highlighted my January 2015 Glam Bag below. I just got my February Glam Bag today – so that review will be posted soon. In my review, I’ve included the product, the benefits (as claimed by the product), the size I received and the value compare to the normal retail size and price. My thoughts: I’m really picky about my eyeliner so I decided to pass this one off to my 14 year-old daughter. Her feedback was not so positive. She indicated that it went on really light and barely showed up.

Pacifica natural mineral eyeshadow in Ethereal 
Benefits: Formulated without parabens, mineral oils, petroleum, etc. No animal testing and 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

My thoughts: I like this color (a goldish beige) but I have found that this line of eyeshadow to go on very light. However, this color may be a perfect for highlighting the brow bone area.

My thoughts: I love getting any type of moisturizer. I am still looking for that perfect moisturizer so I am open to trying any. I also travel a lot and sample sizes are great for my trips.

My thoughts: Although this blue nail polish is really bold, I think it will make a fun toe nail polish color.
